Belly button piercing?

-i am 14 years old and i have wanted a belly button piercing since i was little. i asked my mom and she said she would think about it which will prob means yes, i asked my dad and he said no i dont like the way it looks. its to slutly.i got my nose pierced when i was 13 but had to take it out for a cheer compition and grew in. every one can see a nose ring but no one can see a belly button ring. and i wouldnt show it off. i dont see what is so wrong with the piercing i think it looks cute. plus i did all the research and offered to pay for the whole thing. so if someone thinks im to young and should wait please say something(really) but this is something i really want!

Tell him you'll take good care of it and clean it.

Tell him if it gets infected (which it shouldn't if you properly clean it) you won't blame your dad for it.

Tell him belly button piercings are one of the most unnoticeable piercings you can get as opposed to earrings, nose rings,etc.

Tell him that belly button piercings don't leave huge scars if you were to decide to take it out for whatever reason, so it's not like you'll be left with a huge mark on your stomach forever!

And if he still says no, then you shouldn't keep bothering him because he'll just get annoyed. Maybe for your birthday or Christmas (whichever comes sooner) when your parents ask what you want, you could ask to get it done as like a present sort of thing.
