I go to the beach once a year and every time I go my acne gets instantly better. My skin isn't as oily or shiny (I usually have REALLY oily skin), my confidence goes up because I don't have to worry about it, and I'm not spending all of my time trying to see how bad it's getting. I think it has something to do with the salt water so I'm wondering if there's any way I can use sea salt at home to keep my skin clear.Yes. The sea has all sorts of minerals, algae, and other components that do wonders for the skin. When i was in nice, france, as the weather improved, i would go swimming in the mediterranean. Omg, my skin never looked so great. People noted how my skin glowed. Sea salt is great for purification purposes, so go ahead and mix it in a clay mask or with some of your face wash.YES! What I do every night is fill a half-cup of water with ordinary kitchen salt, then take a shaving brush (my dad has extras) to dab it on my face until the cup is empty. After this, I rinse with water and dab dry. Although, I don't think you NEED a brush to do this. You could try to do it with a rag or just your hands.
Not sure about sea salt but if you want spots gone..get some honey, lemon and sugar is a bowl and scrub your face with it the sugar acts as an abrasive its amazing better than any face scrub out there
Rub your skin with lemon and follow with a moisturiser :) works!!!
