Does the Neutrogena Wave Sonic really work?

-I have dry patches, acne and only like 1 pimple a month. I was just wondering if the Neutrogena Wave Sonic would work for these symptoms or whatever you call it. Is it really worth my money?YES YES YES - my sister-in-law is 13 and she uses it and she says it is the best. She has very clean skin for a 13 year old. My skin wasn't that clean when I was that old - I am going to buy one when I have enough money. I am 22 years old but still break out really bad - I used hers while I was visiting for a weekend and it cleared my skin by 70% in 2 days!!!!!
