Hi, I'm a 15 and I've have Pink Patches on My Lips...?

-I've been bitting my lips since i was about 7, i have stopped now but there are pink patches on my lips where they've been bitten most, ive stopped since i was about 13, and there has been no improvemt since. The pink patches on my bottom lip look terrible because im black, and natrually redemies, please help?!i think they are just dry lips, aply some lip bomb, or carmax, they will heel your lips. hope this works!
