How many days a week should a 13 year old tan?

-Im 13 and how long should i stay out in the sun tanning im half asian so i tan pretty quick i usually stay out to 20 to 30 mins i do get a tan for stayin out that long im tryin to keep a decent tan how many days should i do this a week cause i don't want to mess up my skin???Tanning any amount will mess up your skin later down the road,but I'd suggest you'd stay out for less than 15 min about 3-4 times a weekWARNING: DUMB ASAIN B*TCH TRYING TO LOOK PRETTY!!!!!!!!!
