How many of you do not have any piercings or tattos?

-I am 32yrs old. I have NEVER had my ears or other body parts pierced. I do not have any tattoos either. It was not because of any religion. My mom always said that I would have to wait until I was old enough to do it myself. When I became an adult, I just did not want to. Everyone thinks this is weird but I am ok with it. I was just wondering who else was like me. Oh yeah, I don't wear makeup either.That's great. I think it's ironic how people get tats and piercings to be original and now everyone's doing it so that people who don't have them are actually more original.



Anyway, I'm like you. No tats, piercings, or makeup.I have piercings and tattoos. I only have my ears pierced though, and the tattoos that I have are really important to me and when I look at them it reminds me of why I got them and what they represent to me. My tattoos aren't really there for others to be entertained by. They are there for me....but they are in places where others can see them and when they ask me what they are and why I got them, they just get to learn a little mor about who I am...which is great b/c in this day in age where everyone has an iPod or laptop and shuts them selves away from person to person contact it's a good way to connect with other people.



And I don't think I'd say it is the norm for people to have tattoos...and there are PLENTY of people who don't have anything and I just think different people have different ways of expressing themselves.

Personally i love tattoos piercings makeup I thank body art is a very beautiful thing and if you want to "mess up" your body so be it. Live your life while you can. And when you get older and you wrinkle there just a of when you were young. You can look back to when you got them and how you felt.

Through wrinkling is a rare thang in my family. My 70 yr old grandma still goes to the gym and she looks almost 40!

Im 14 and i have 5 peircings 2ears, 1 septum, 1 nose, Industrial.

No tattoos yet but about to change that!
Firstly, I don't think anyone actually cares what you do with your appearance. How you choose to look is your own business.



Secondly, I highly doubt that anyone thinks it is weird because there are millions of people in the world who have no tattoos and no piercings and don't wear makeup.
ME! I am 39 and never had any desire for it either... or make-up. I think we are going to have a lot of weird looking old people in about 50 years... all tatted up. YUCK. Hopefully it will discourage their kids and grand kids from getting so many. Everything is in cycles I guess.
I have around sixty hours of ink. One of the main differences between tattooed people, and non-tattooed people is; we don't mind if you don't have any ink. A clean canvas is cool with us.
I don't. Remember how it was the "indie" and "cool" thing to do? How is it indie or cool if everyone is doing it? I was never a sheep...
I've had both nippies pierced with 4 gauge barbels and a giant black widow tattooed around my verchina (totally bushed out pubes too).
i LOVE tattoos and piercings! you only live once, so you might as well make yourself look really cool!
