-what's a good thing to do to get rid of your muffin top?
Please and Thank you.(:Cardio like some of the others have pointed out, eat well, have plenty of fiber and jump rope, it gets your heart beating which then burns fat into energy. it exercises your whole body(: good luck oh and dont forget plenty of water(: 8 glasses a day!
Try doing 20 sit ups after getting up and before going to bed. :)
What you need is some cardio exercise.
its all about your diet and excercise. lots of cardio! you cant target just one fat area. i find hoola hooping to work tho
