I just got my tragus pierced 2 days ago and..?

-I just got my tragus pierced 2 days ago and been using antibotic stuff, i wanted to know what should I use to clean it, and for how long? And how long to I have to wait to change the ring?If you're putting antibiotic ointment on it - you need to stop. No creams or ointments. Did your piercer not tell you how to take care of it properly? Sea salt soaks twice a day for 5-10 minutes each soak with 1/4th of a teaspoon of non-iodized sea salt to 8oz of hot water. Keep it clean until it is healed and don't change it until it is healed. For a tragus piercing that is usually around 6 months but can take up to a year.
