How do you talk on the phone with a tragus ear piercing?

-Isn't it hard? Doesnt it hurt? I'm used to having the phone on the left side and thats where I'm planning to get pierced...:

Besides, you can always result to an earphone/headset.I have multiple piercings in both my ears. Not going to lie to you, when you first get it done, it can hurt holding the phone next to your ear. However, the real issue is the germs that are on phones, especially ones used by multiple people (land lines, work phones, etc). These can lead to infections in your piercing. Make sure to keep your phones clean and to clean your piercing after using a public phone.
It doesn't hurt. If it does it's easy to switch ears or not hold it right on there.
You could use your other ear. Or hold the phone a little bit away from your ear
