How to get clear smooth and even skin all over?

-What are some good store brand items that work to get clear and even skin tone and what should I do to get this?!

My skin isn't bad, I get break outs from time to time mostly around my period, and my skins a bit oily but only on my forehead and in between my eyebrows. I want to make my face stop looking so shiny and get it smooth looking.I have been trying to get clear soft skin for a long time now.

i never really had pimples and stuff i just wanted perfect skin.

what i do is I use OLAY pore minimizer cleanser+scrub and Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion.

(For Night and Day) but at night i put on Aloe Vera Gel on my face after i moisturize :)

ive been doing it for 2 weeks now and my skin is so soft and it looks ALOT clearer :)
Valaline and burnt motor oil. Mix it together and Walk around the house for about 2-3 hours.
