i'm in Florida, and if you want to make sure they ask you a piercing the achievement of the parents, no no ... if you're careful and good luck because if you do not go on the safe side a lot of pain and infection risk
depends where your getting pierced you will almost definatly get I.D'ed for genital/nipple piercings x but you should be fine getting most facial and ear piercings (:
